2nd race 5&8 seems to be better than 2 as nowadays sandesh was not able to ride more than a sprint 1200mtr race. He was supposed to be a rider for a mile and over but nowadays he is not able win anything over a sprint.

Hi All,

1-2 STUNNING VISUAL - By El Kabeir. A good breed. Light weighted filly who jumped out slowly loosing 2L at the start and still finished 4L behind the winner over a mile 1:39:01. Should be able to come out of maiden ranks by winning in this lowest category race.

2-2 WALTER - By Leitir Mor. 2nd is last two runs over 1400m/1600m recently. Sandesh was on board both the times and who is retained to ride. Freedom was behind Walter in both the runs. Walter is showing a good turn of foot in last 200m. Should be third time lucky.

3-3 FORTUNATE SON - Participated in many term races, ignore the last run in Indian Derby. Prior runs G3 over 2000m was close 6th 2:3:87 and Prior to that run was a close 6th in 2000 Guineas 1:37:97. I am sure will bounce back strongly. I feel will be good between 1400m to Max 2000m.

4-2 CHRISTOFLE - By Le Havre. I had fancied in its first run and also mentioned that this might be a future classic horse. Therefore this is a one horse race. You will hear more about this horse in the future. Good Luck to P Shroff and Owners.

5-1 WAIKIKI - By Leitir Mor. Last two run in term races over 1400m and specially last run G1 1:22:50 which is close 4th behind Elpenor. Therefore going extra 200m shouldnt be an issue, should suit and might be an easy task and others have to prove their mettle.

6-5 MAYSARA - By Surfrider. Improving with each run 4-3-2 and should win in the fourth run. 1:11:68 in last run over 1200m and 59:67 previous over 1000m. I leave the two Dhunjibhoy horses fighting for minor placings.

7-2 WILD THING - Last two runs in Mumbai over 2000m were good clocking 2:3 I am sure shorter distance of 1400m will suit and should win. Its My Time was a winner in a mile race and then lost it completely over 2000m as a favorite horse that day. You never know might go well again at better odds, also consider Pyrrhus for place.

8-8 TARZAN - Last run came flying from last 200m to finish a close 3rd over 1200m 1:11:92 The timings are better in comparision to Intense Belief, Spirit Bay and Nord. Another advantage is PS taking the ride from Bhawani Singh.

9-5 HILAD -  COUNT THE WINS - By Winlegend. Ran a good forward race over 1000m, but tightened for room and dropped back even then finished a close 6th 1:00:42 Extra 200m will suit and moreover same apprentice jockey retained to ride now with whip, lowest category with 5yr old+

1 Metzinger: Very well prepared. Can withstand the onslaught of Freedom & Walter.

Race 3

4 Pure: A noteworthy Class 2 performer. Has the benefit of a Mock Race last week. Best among the Jadhav's pair.

2 Christofle: Showed impressive strides when winning all alone in front and will complete an encore. Axlrod may go close.

Race 5

5 Transcend: May get the better of Waikiki and Versace.

Race 6

5 Maysara: Showed the way to the progeny of Forest Flame in her last effort ending up a tame second. With 200 mts less to travel should win on the strength of that effort. The well-prepared Moonlight Kiss may go close.

Race 7

1 It's My Time: Touted as a Pune Derby prospect last year, was backed to the exclusion of all his rivals and was installed a firm favourite in his last run, but could not live up to the expectations, finding the distance of 2000 mts to be too long a travel. Running after a lay-off of 160 days is scorching the track trials with aplomb. If he wins, the credit would be for his blazing track trials, if he loses it could mean that he required this run. Pyrrhus and the lowly weighted Mighty Wings will not go down without a fight.

8 Tarzan: Has got strong credentials to win from Nord, Intense Belief, Spirit Bay and Tabriz.
