1-4 OUTLANDER - By Phoenix Tower. Ran a very good 4th over 1200m 1:10: 28 prior run in Pune close 5th over 1200m 1:8:29, Now going the same distance and R Ajinkya who is retained to ride is + 5 MAJORELLA BLUE is the danger and a good place bet.

2-6 MAGILETO - Coming back with two wins, prior run in Pune over 1600m 1:36:61 and a recent win over 1200m in Mumbai 1:9:43. Now going over 1400m will not be an issue, will complete the treble.

3-1 BUGATTI - By Multidimensional. Impressive winner over 1800m 1:51:07. Now going over extended trip of 2400m will not be an issue with PS in the saddle should win again. 5 EATON is a good place bet.

4-3 PHENOM - By Multidimensional. Ran a very good 2nd recently over 1000m 58:10 Extra 400m will suit with NS who is retained to ride. 4 REMINICENCE who is running after a long gap might need this run.

5-4 THE PANTHER - By Churchill. Might start on a winning note.

6-1 DYF - A consistent horse out of 12 races, 4 Wins 4 2nds 2 3rd. Last 10 races in term races with classic horses. I am sure win come in front of 2 MOJITO who last run 2nd in much better company is the danger. But still my preference goes to DYF.

7-6 GENEROSITY - Last run a good nk 2nd over 1200m 1:9:79 and prior run in Pune was in fighting line and clocked 1:8:06. 1 AATASH should run a good race, might settle for Shp/place.

8-5 PRINCE O WAR - Recent couple of 2nds over 1200m in Pune. By Multidimensional, extra 200m will suit and TS on board is + I see the danger coming from 7 ESFIR who ran good over 1400m 1:24:31 recently, place for sure at good odds.

At the conclusion of the year-end race season, I find myself reflecting on the challenges faced, giving my best efforts throughout. Always diligent, I scrutinize the paddock for any signs of horse fitness issues. As we approach the New Year, I extend my warm wishes to all members of the HT community for a joyous New Year in 2024.

Now, let's take a closer look at the upcoming races:

Race 1: MAJORELLA BLUE - Exhibiting promising form with a 3rd place finish against DEMOCRACY. It is expected to be on board today.

Race 2: THE PROTECTOR - Impressive tracking suggests a high probability of victory for this talented runner.

Race 3: BUGATTI - Sibling to ROBERTA and displaying attractive form in training, making it a strong contender for victory.

Race 4: REMINISCENCE - Returning after a 10-month and seems a layoff bet for me  but with PHENOM being a noteworthy competitor who can win at good odds.

Race 5: DIVINE HOPE - Noteworthy performances in recent track sessions make this horse a contender for today's race.

Race 6: RASPUTIN - Emerging as a potential upsetter, it displays impressive form in recent months.

Race 7: GENEROSITY - With evident potential, this horse is poised for a victory in the upcoming race.

Race 8: MARLBORO MAN - An upset possibility in this competitive field, especially under the guidance of the informed jockey H M Akshay. Additionally, PRINCE O' WAR is a safe place bet, given the commendable track work overseen by the same jockey who rides it today.

MAJORELLA BLUE has raced in far better companies than the one he is running in today.  He is a multiple course and distance winner who loves the Mumbai track. Despite the traffic issues, he ran a really excellent race on his seasonal return to Believe. On his second run after the spell, he finished third to democracy who finished second to Jendayi in the 1000 Guineas. In the speed ratings, he towers over everyone else. So, in my opinion, whoever must win has to beat him.
