The acceptances are out! As expected, Long Lease is a final entry. So my pre-acceptance prediction was fairly accurate i.e. Long Lease v Destroyer with the third one lurking in the shadows being "Sea The Sun"!!! 

Kolkata race are not up to the Mark Rajesh nerredu & Neil darashah are running the show so beautiful it's local trainer time in Derby.

Both Destroyer and Long Lease are Poonawalla bred. Instead of taking on each other breeders are exploring another race with filly.

None of them will run as you guys expecting. Jamari is on bangalore race. I know who will win the Derby but cannot disclose now. Wait for Derby Day till the time keep guessing. Thanks

Rather surprising to see Long Lease not entered for thr Derby considering the way she won the Oaks! It will have to be an outstation challenger to take on Destroyer now. Let us wait and watch! 

In my view if runs on card on derby day it's Jamari vs Synthesis for derby the feature event of Calcutta races to be held on 7th January 2024
