@Isr you re right but in some centres the allowances are not same like instead of 5 its 4 and so on... and the age cap is 25 years.

Jockey will be declared as full jockey after completion of certain age eventhough he has not completed 40 wins.

If I am not wrong after 10 winnings from 5kg allowance they will reduce 1.5kg and Mr. Siddharaju is claiming 3.5 kg allowance. And long back he has got his whip .. even in recent mysore n yesterday Bangalore he was using his whip .. if anyone wants to clarify u can watch 9th mysore race vedio as Bangalore vedio is not yet uploaded.. if I am wrong then am sorry for my knowledge
