I agree , still to give balance report let's focus on Cleared Direct Bets . Because there are big punters who play big on favourite for place.

If one person says , place on favourite then whatever the result be , if it is in top three , place value will be given.

If somebody says Second horse pool and it won it got third then it is a failed bet .

Your formula is good, however, combining win and place won't give an accurate figure, because if someone tips all favorites, and assuming they all fail to win, but place, that person would be at an advantage as compared to someone who has successful tipped for win even for one third that number, so I feel that the best option is, 1pt for win and 0.25pt for place, this would be in keeping with the odds offered for place, which is approximately one fourth of the win odds, what say?

(( total wins + total places ) / total bets ) × 100 =  ( success ) %

(( total wins / total bets ) × 100 = ( win ) % , here win means wnp,shp,thp,place only

For man of the match suggested names were VK , INDIAN HORSE RACING SAVIOUR , TRACKEAGLE , THUNDERSTRIKE , ASHOK MYSORE

Use formula to arrange the rank in order. Then award . Orlse you can just calculate having 1 unit as 1 minimum ticket (10rs ) multpliy by the tote value of that centre.

We use to have PTR with very good cordinators.

so,  just say ( total cleared Direct bet / total given direct bets ) × 100

Total cleared Direct bet ( cleared 1 + cleared 2 + cleared 3 + ,  ... ) in terms of scored points

Cleared 1 - (10 × tote value of that centre)

Cleared 2 - (10 × tote value of that centre)

And so on.

Now , total profit/ loss  = ( total cleared Direct bets scored  points - total investment in terms of 1 ticket,10rs ) 

Let's calculate for VK assuming it is for win as he has not mentioned as Direct Bets

Cleared 1 ( 35 points ) + Cleared 2 ( 54 points ) + Cleared 3 ( 21 points ) = 110 points

Now (110 - 60 ) = 50 points. 

Let's similarly calculate for INDIAN HORSE RACING SAVIOUR he has used term "and" means jody bet , assuming  jody for win as he has not mentioned as Direct Bets

Cleared 1 ( 35 points ) + Cleared 2 ( 35 points ) + Cleared 3 ( 47 points ) = 117 points 

Now (117 - 120 ) = -3 points. 

Even if I give for AERODYNAMIC for place 24 points then it is (24 - 3 ) = 21 points 

We can incorporate this, in an Excel sheet , to have less time consuming and accurate report .

This will help the punters a lot .

I have no clue how three horses vs one Selection will decide who is winner or best tipster.

If the first choice doesn't win but second/third choice wins then how come  the tipster has performed well ?

At the end of the day a punter follows a tipster to understand out of his three horses which horse he feels is safer to bet.
