Think A gave 18 horses in 6 race card... He gets say 6 win 6 place 6 failed.  So what is return, he asking to invest 3300 , will anyone take risk of 19800 ...i am sure no.... So choice of A will be preferred by tote punters because  he will play safe by say playing 100(minimum) on win shp n thp(Not applicable in MUMBAI-DELHI)... He will invest 120 on tanala forcast...  So his investment is say around 1020 and in return say he gets 1500 that means what's profit it's gross 25% that means the success rate of that Tipster is around 20%
