Those who wants to play Time and Tide kindly think once. The horse to beat is absolutely time and tide only. Here are the some facts as per my limited racing knowledge.

This horse performance in limited horses races(I.e. runners less than 6 no's) it 4 times only one 1 time .

The horse needs good pacer in the race here it is defenitly not there knotty charmer takes as pacer and it will control the prime position. so t&t doesn't like the slow pace it may loss.

Iam not sure but chances are there.

This is my observation. My strong choice is Time and Tide but I will not play I will enjoy.

Punters have never made a fortune out of racing unless you choose 1 or 2 bets per session .

Horse owners buy horses so that they can make money not the punters 

Now to your question rules are also made by the horse owners.

They are hands & gloves with the club.

I think it's time loose time and tide. Time and tide is not bigger then julliete one day comes with respect

Might not be a fact but just speculation, These are Terms races and very difficult to understand and the Terms determine the weights. Although two types of Terms races as per my knowledge, one is Age to weight Terms and the other is Level weight Terms with only sex allowance of 1.5kgs.. Today's race is Level weight Terms and the same Sprint race run in the Invitation weekend..

These two Terms always run very differently irrespective of their weight and just for example Corfe Castle always performed great in Level Weight Terms and Turns out to be dud in Age to Weight Terms.. Also Shivalik Star from Arjun Manglorker Yard.. 

I'm a noob, Seniours please find the thread bwn both the terms..

Time and tide will run at 40ps or 50ps.

Will take home the stakes money in a canter

So a CLEAR WINNER.... as per the TERMS 

I am aware of that this is a TERM race and not a handicap one....

But ....Horse no 2(Crown Drive)....4 yrs old...and no WIN in last 5 races

Horse no 5 (Time And Tide)..5 yrs old....last 5 races .... All winner 

Horse no 1(Aldgate).... 6 yrs old.... And 1 WIN in last 5 races 

Horse no 3(Imperial Blue)....7 yrs old.... and 1 WIN in last 5 races 

Inspite of this.... Horse...1...2....3....5....all will be carrying 60 kgs

Moreover R-99(29 th June.....less than a month back)..... So there is no logical reason that TIME AND TIDE will not WIN again.... And the odd should be a CRAMPED one.... 

But in reality he will get a ATTRACTIVE odds (for the peti players)... And in all probability he will loose.....

This is the TERMS......

The terms of the race is for 3 year olds and over. Weights to be carried 1) 4 year olds and over 60 kgs

                 2) 3 year olds 52 kgs.

All the acceptors are 4 year olds and above and so they are all carrying 60 kgs.

Here is the creteria for race who wants to participate. Just go through this you will get your answer.

4 years old and over. Weights: 4 years old only - 51.5 Kgs. @racehead = 5 years old and over - 52 Kgs. Penalties :

(i) Winner after 30th April, 2023 of a (a) Grade III race to carry 1 kg. or either of two or more such races to carry 2 kgs. OR (b) Grade II race to carry 3 kgs. or either of two or more such races to carry 4.5 kgs. OR (c) Grade I race to carry 6 kgs. or either of two or more such races to carry 7.5 kgs. (ii) Winner after 30th April, 2025 of a race of the value of Rs.6,00,000 or over to carry 1 kg. OR either of two or more such races or a race of the value of Rs. 10,00,000 or over to carry 1.5 kgs. OR either of two or more such races or a race of the value of Rs.25,00,000 or over to carry 2 kgs extra. N.B. If the highest weight an acceptor has to carry is less than 60 Kgs it shalll be raised to 60 Kgs and the other weights shall be raised equally.

I hope you  understand now.

It's a terms race not a handicap race.

Time and Tide is carrying 60 kgs. Winner in 60 kgs perhaps should carry 65 kgs according to him.

Perhaps, someone, should answer him in Handicapping.

This is a term race, not a handicap race. The weight alloted to a horse is as per the terms. 

The weight is given to horse on the terms of the race that's why it's called terms races

@Ashok Deb, it is a Terms Race and not a Handicap Race. All runners are given same weight.As per the Terms Time n Tide as got clear advantage . As per my understanding.
