*RE: SUSPENSION OF MR. ADHIRAJSINGH JODHA’S TRAINER’S LICENCE – ENQUIRY INTO THE POSITIVE FINDINGS OF “CAPSAICIN” IN THE URINE SAMPLE OF CH. M. “FIERY RED” RUN ON 12TH DECEMBER 2024 AT THE ROYAL CALCUTTA TURF CLUB*

 In connection with the captioned subject matter, the Stewards of the Club via Circular Resolution dated 21st July 2025, decided to reciprocate the punishment and disabilities imposed on Mr. Adhirajsingh Jodha by the Stewards of the Royal Calcutta Turf Club.

 *As such, his Trainer’s licence will remain suspended with effect from Tuesday, 29th July 2025 upto and including Friday, 26th September 2025 and the disabilities imposed by the Royal Calcutta Turf Club would stand.*
