He is good jockey with allowance but time will decide how good. 

I have seen many jockeys with allowance riding like pro. But once they finish the allowance they struggle even for rides forget winners. 

Racing is such a cruel game that jockey like Zervan who was champion of Mumbai and Shailesh Shinde who was champion in Kolkata season stopped getting rides. I feel both are very skilled but still don't see them often.

Yea Ramswarup is a very good jockey . No doubt about that . The trainers will use him untill he is claiming allowance . Once he exhausts his allownce and compete with other regular jockeys we will know his true colours . Many good jockeys have come and gone with the wind once the allowance is over . Untill then make merry and keep on ffollowing him . Anyways  I wish Ramswarup all the best for the future .
