Who is operating fixed odds betting? Bookies or the club? Why can't club implement this?

The fixed odds betting at BTC works for a winning bet. As you get same dividends as added GST of 28%. But Mr. Narhari, the late called bookie Ashwini Bangalore needs to understand that the problem is with putting money on a bet. 

I bet 100 and counted amount on bet is 72, even with 30% more odds I break even with illegal betting at 10%. Secondly there is no TDS applicable in illegal betting. Third and most importantly I don't loose 18% extra on loosing bet. 

Already in Mysuru Fixed Odds is running. Also it has good response from punters. Here they are collecting 28% GST. Odds is almost same as Bookies odds.

Can't survive with 40% GST. This is over and out for Indian racing i am Afraid. Fingers crossed 

Same vibe, let's see how it goes. I heard that at the Kolkata race they opened in Bangalore, iand for the NRI fantasy place, the odds were 70 paisa, whereas the bookies' starting odds were 40 paisa. The only concern is the 28% tax.
