Simple .  Govt should set a BETTING TAX of 10 % overall and you will find crowds returning to the racecourse and betting legally with bookies .Otherwise thanks to "ILLEGAL BOOKIES AND ILLEGAL BETTING" you dont require a soothsayer to predict the sad fact that Indian horse racing might cease to exist due to losses.

As it is Racing industry is gone to so much down 

Every one has to give an encourage for Racing rather then finding some irrelevant concept

Nobody wants to challenge Govt. against this online gaming bill .The more I do research,the more I feel its all about ego clash otherwise they know people will find ways to play.Isnt it possible we link our online applications with totes and deposit and withdraw amount from tote but play online.Can we do something as such?

What I can say is in UK and Hongkong the betting is legal and even big bets are placed on official gambling shops or bookmakers. Their taxation system supports it. Where in huge revenue is generated by government inspite of small tax being cut on winnings. This way it's a win win situation for punters, bookmakers and governments. 

Why cant we adopt similar policy. 

Where is illegal betting?

Every race club most soon open their own play bets platform soon as the recent Gaming bill doesn't apply to online horse racing wagering as horse racing is legal sport in India.

Don't say illegal betting, it is profitable betting, rules of taxation are too harsh so this kind of betting is justified. Government could earn good income with good slab of GST on this support, then make ring betting totally legal then beneficial for all the parties i.e., government punters bookies and clubs.
