**Professional Horse Racing Strategy Guidelines**
1. Bet only when analysis confirms the race is likely between two main contenders (a “jodi”).
2. If your selected horse becomes the weaker side of the jodi, reduce your stake to the minimum.
3. Avoid races involving three or more serious contenders. Bet minimally only if your horse loses early support and another key rival turns negative before loading; otherwise, skip the race.
4. In races with more than ten runners, play small or skip entirely.
5. Avoid backing favorites in Jackpot’s 1st, 2nd, and final legs. Even if the race forms a jodi, limit your stake.
6. Review trainer intentions carefully—analyze favorite runners and recent stable performance.
7. Assess each horse’s suitability for the race distance and observe its behavior from the home turn in previous runs, along with its paddock condition on race day.
8. Evaluate trackwork reports—mock races, swimming sessions, and treadmill workouts—to gauge current form.
9. In Class 5 races, bet minimally if the field has more than nine runners; otherwise, skip.
10. Track odds movements closely. Bet minimally or skip if odds fluctuate irregularly (up–down–up). Increase stakes only when odds drift down moderately and stabilise favorably.
11. Bet conservatively on horses returning from long layoffs.
12. Consider the success rate of trainer-jockey combinations before deciding your bet.
13. Play minimum or skip horses carrying more than 60 kg in races over 1800m, especially in large fields.
14. Avoid speculative or “chance” bets—stick to informed plays only.
15. Stay away from horses with a history of bleeding (EIPH) or recently gelded horses unless they’ve shown positive results in mock races and gate trials.
16. Review previous race incidents and gate positions, especially for sprint distances where draw matters.
17. Exercise extra caution in “No Whip” races; form trends often vary there.
18. Analyze bodyweight, handicap weight, and age-related advantages or disadvantages in class races.
19. Avoid short-priced favorites (40/100 to 60/100) in initial Jackpot legs.
20. Restrict your daily betting to a maximum of three selections and apply disciplined money management throughout
