My analysis for Race 5: 

Today expected Race Tempo: 

Fast early (Ice Of Fire + Perfect Attitude both want the front run). First 1000–1200 meters will be run quicker than average. This  two speed horses (Ice Of Fire & Perfect Attitude) will open up a big gap mid-race. But last 400–500 meters becomes a staying contest. 

Critical Last 400 m Scenario: 

Ice of fire & Perfect Attitude have never run better than ~25.2–25.7 s final 400 m at 1400 m → at 1600 m they will be slowing to ~33–36 s range. But Mountain Jewel has already run 34.21 s final 400 m at 1600 meters and 37.55 s at 2000 meters while winning. Mountain Jewel storms over the top of the speed horses in the final 150 meters. 

My Prediction for 1600 meters: 

1.  Mountain Jewel – the only proven genuine 1600–2000 m horse.

2.  Ice Of Fire – fights on best of the speed. 

3.  Perfect Attitude – same pattern, brave but will feel the pinch late. 

4.  Elysium or Sunshine.

Eagle Eye 

A horse having lost its last start on objection seldom wins in his next start.

This trend I have observed over the last 35 years of racing that 8 out of 10 times the horse will lose...

3. 7 Eagle Eye WIN (Days best). My favourite horse in Prasanna's yard. In the same race I also like Splendid Dream for PLACE.

4. 4 Emphatic WIN. If odds are good on 3 Never Give In I will play WIN/PLACE on him.

5. I suggest most people to skip this classic race since many surprises can unfold. But for me I will play Mountain Jewel and Ice of Fire both for WIN. Good PLACE bet in this race is Bishop.
 

Bet sizing is key. People don't divide their funds judiciously among races and bets. I like to divide based on odds, but you can do your own calculations and have better chance at profitting.

Perfect Attitude placed second in FTS at Chennai R36

Look into 

52 elysium should  finish atleast second.. i expect a big run... if no interference im winning by 1 lenght

Mountain Jewel suffered Lameness on 14.11.25. Though recovered and had two good workouts over 1200 , it is not enough for a classic.

Perfect Attitude in Chennai in the too good Fourth Wings race , chose to come from. Behind over 1400 instead of a forward run from the beginning as is it's customery run. Probably a kind of assessment for a longer trip. Though it beat other good Horses on debut with an impressive timing , it had not shown any improvement in subsequent runs. May be a strategy ?

In contrast Sunshine had improved it's timings , had solid preparation over 1600.

Both Sunshine and Perfect Attitude are owned by Ameeta Mehra. 

Watch Sunshine in the parade as well as it's Odds in the ring.
