Mr. Ritesh K, an individual with over two decades of experience in Indian horse racing, began his career as a jockey. Following a brief period based in the UK, he returned to India and transitioned into a role as a racing manager, working across various centers including Hyderabad, Mysore, Pune, Delhi, and Kolkata, most notably with the Neradu family. He possesses extensive experience in training and has remained actively involved in the sport, often outside of the main spotlight.

Ritesh is Jockey Harish's brother how he got a license is his hard work after getting a license is real work ... join the dots for the owner he trains and you will get the answer.As far Purshotam is concerned please do not compare him with likes of legends like Sir Padmanabhan

Bangalore also got new trainer K.purshotam who  got some of late S.padmanaban horses , K.purshotam horses also performed well in Bangalore . Many youngsters taking training job seriously and perfect professional work.

Don't know much about the antecedent of this trainer RITESH.Their used to be an average rider in Rwitc in mid nineties.I don't know if he the same person.

To succeed as a trainer you need go bloodstone because no trainer on earth can change a pedigree of the horse.

Even good to excellent jockeys like C.Rajendra,B.Prakash couldn't do much as a trainer C Alford of Kolkata is now doing the job of a starter after failed career in training.
