Shroff's classics have been falling miserably right from Bishop,Psychic star, Duke of tuscany  to Fynbos which cleared cl2 easily by beating ultimo and lost to a mediocre cl3 winner Kavya. Don't be surprised if zacharias fails this weekend( stays in the rear end and burst the lungs out in the final 50 metres when the long shot winner gets 100% clearance like Fynbos ). 

Where are the stewards ? In a way at BTC , we got to see fair racing this year..

SOMEONE in this forum posted 2 weeks efore only that if for FYNOSS odds offerred is more than 50 paisa..dont bet for win..opening odds was 80 paisa..what a 6th sense for some of our indian punters with good eperience and thinking...

Like I had said Fybos was not seen @work for days dragging her hind leg. Now master blames poor jockey. Now bring Mr Osin for his so called champion as if no other horse in the race. Let's see what the result is.

Golimar@ Classic or Graded races carry more stakes money and winners or places have breeding value, And such races carry historical significance. Hence Jockeys,Trainers try their best in Graded Races. Hence punters can loose considerably. Not necesarry only the best horse will win. Many times big race pressure on jockeys. Date, Time, Track not suitable for Horses also. Hence if you see many big stables have multiple entries of horses in Big races even if one fails they can encash on Doosra, Theesra etc. I personally enjoy watching Big races considerably.Unfortunately Racing in Munbai turf club has lost the charm it was 10-15 years back. And Marketing team is not doing anything get the people in turf clubs.Now a days even newspapers dont carry articles of news items on Classic races.Hindu used to devote full page on racing. Today it is very sad state of affairs.

@Ravi sir....somehow Indian classics have been a graveyard for punters in betting point of view. Somehow superstars fail when punters go all out on it. I didn't bet a penny on Fynbos, but was disappointed to the core with its loss (not convinced the way it was handled). I gave one bet as my selection and sticked to it. Somehow majority of the punters (including myself) get emotionally connected to Classic contenders and bet blindly in classics, most of the times ending on losing note. My general feeling is to have a beer in hand, enjoy the classic race, no bet. Thank you.

one selection not winning should not be the reason for not giving your post. I had specificallu mentioned in my last post that Indian Classic race and such a pathetic card spending Rs 75 for general enclosure is also not worth spending. I have been going in General enclosure since 1995 till 2017. Only  when I started my syndicate racing I am going in Members Enclosure.Rs 1000 payment for entry for owners relatives is also very high. In many  Foreign turf clubs owners are provided with Free Guest Passes . Regarding Fynbos may have some medical issue earlier and may not have recovered fully. Lost only by half length. Probably they were planning for Doosara with Kings Gambit but lost 4-5 lengths at the start itself which made lot of differance. But still Kavya was too good. All the astrological pointers were present.Nature support the winning side. 9 races with more than 8 horses is worth going to turf club.

Let RWITC do 6 races only but atleast they should maintain their standard. Going to RWITC is now very dange...since season began 5 race day only on first day they had good races rest all are setting ones. RWITC holds its credentials becoz of their  standard n now they are biggest manipulator in Indian racing
