Horse Mountain Jewel

Good morning,

We are in into the last week of the year 2025. Lot of happening in this year. Moreover we have lost many good and senior ,trainers in 2025.

Whenever, i remember Padmanabhan ji, I do not forget his horse Desert God.

Coming to the topic, the horse MOUNTAIN JEWEL won Hyderabad Derby, beating BISHOP. , in the hands of jockey Antony Raj.

In its next race , it was favourite, jockey was Suraj Naredu, but could not finish the race.looking at its position on that day, it was badly injured,. Does anybidy has any information about this horse.

Mountain Jewel is retired from racing and is now standing as a mare at USHA stud farm if I am not wrong. She comes from a very good family by mare named Kanchenjunga. Let's hope some classic progenies from her. But she won't race again..
