Has Sandesh appealed against his suspension? Admin Pls confirm

Jockey Sandesh appeal rejected.

Very disheartening that Sandesh's appeal was turned down.

They should have waited till the horse ran again to make a judgement.

If this happens to other horses, I wonder what will be the outcome.

It's not as if Bezalel is some champion horse who,s potential is known. This horse has not done anything of merit. I don't think it even merited being the favourite that day.

The stewards should now change their decision and allow Sandesh to ride  else the Derby will miss one of the finest riders in India.

In fact Sandesh is giving full efforts on every mount.Last Mumbai season he was at his best,Winner of Indian Derby. The horse on which Sandesh is suspended again failed.Sandesh in fact always gives better efforts than most of other indian Jockeys.his strike rate is better than others.

Definetly this punishment is too harsh

This suspension is too much because his riding is not remarkable at any events 

It is definitely strange on the decision taken on A Sandesh on observation of both the races Bazelals run is not as per the class I wish Jockey suspension must be revoked with little bit of fine towards the lazy ride on that day.

Pls cancel suspension for Sandy

Frist of all tell me how long have you been into horseracing.  Have you seen any jockey going on to prove that the suspension was right by winning on the same horse for which the jockey was suspended or reprimanded for not letting the horse to run on merit.  Even Rollerball did not win on subsequent runs even though Aslam Kader had admitted that he did not let the horse to run on merit.  So be rest assured that such horses even if they have the merit to win will not be allowed by the next jockey to win and this shows how they care for each other.

Yeah ate the horse last outing with Anthony riding , ran like a donkey as expected.

Im seeing this from past many years 

If jockey is suspended for pulling a horse, that horse won't win on next outing if trainer is involved in it

It is rare to see a horse winning next outing 

Bazeal had a very good mock race running 2nd to miss American pie in hands down

Whereas in fynbos case, horse had a bad mock race and didn't had track work for a month before losing to kavya 

I strongly feel that rules should be same for all the jockeys and anyone who errs should be punished with well defined rules. Btw I too feel that there should be a discretion between a maiden horse bezalel and a champion horse fynbos. And to all the dear stipes I want to say, with great powers come great responsibility. So use your powers wisely. I hope sandy gets to ride Baychimo in Indian Derby 

Very true. A dud horse became fav and came close third. Next run runs nowhere still jockey suspended for 12days. Thousand guineas fav horse came flying second. Next run won oaks easing up. jockey suspended for 4 days. Bias against 1st jockey is obvious for all to see.
