Racing Incidents
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to withdraw ADVOCATE GENERAL (S Selvaraj) on veterinary grounds, as it was lame on left shoulder. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey D Gnaneshwar the rider of IRISH WHISPERS was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `out` and causing interference to PINE FOREST (P Krishna) on his inside soon after the start. Jockey D Gnaneshwar the rider of IRISH WHISPERS was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `out` and causing interference to SATIN SLIPPER (V Gharat) on his outside, which, in turn, passed it onto DOM PERIGNON (Vivek) on the far side, approaching the 400 Metres. Jockey D Gnaneshwar the rider of IRISH WHISPERS was reprimanded for looking back during the final stages of the race for no apparent reason. Jockey P Krishna the rider of PINE FOREST was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient efforts on his mount during the race.
