Racing Incidents
As Jockey V Gharat was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed to ride APOLLO STORM in place of Jockey V Gharat the declared rider. MIRACULOUS RULER (N M Khan) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Hence, it was withdrawn before coming under the Starter`s Order. Jockey Ahsan Qureshi the rider of BERKLEY SQUARE was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming `in` and causing interference to PERTINENT (P Kumar) on his inside, which, in turn, passed it on to NO OPPOSITION (M J Gautam Raj Urs), soon after the start. ADVOCATE GENERAL (Afsar Khan) burst its blood vessels after the race. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
