Racing Incidents
Trainer Mr. Rakesh was fined Rs.500/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, GYPSY`S ADVISE (Ranjeet Singh). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey V R Jagdeesh the rider of ROTO ROOA was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming `in` and causing interference to GYPSY`S ADVISE (Ranjeet Singh) on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey J Paswan the rider of WELLINGTON was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement). Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi and Jockey P Ramesh were questioned regarding the running and riding of b.g. PLEASER and their explanations were noted. TIME TO SPARKLE (Shanth Kumar) pulled up lame after the race on left fore fetlock. Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b.m. SHOW N TELL.
