App. A. Pramod Goud (IMPERIAL LAW) fined Rs. 1,000/- for shifting in soon after the start crowding and causing interference to OCEAN CITY (A. RAMANA), CANNON GAIN (K.P.G. APPU), DEBONAIRE (N. RAWAL) and MONEY CARE (D. SINGH) and then come in again negotiating the final bend causing interference to ZAGREB (APP. R. UMESH). Explanation of Jockey R.B. Shinde (APPARITOR) that his mount failed to hold the bit and tried to run out whereby he had extreme difficulty in riding out the gelding, noted. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance. Explanation of Mr. M. Satyanarayana, the Trainer of FAIR TOUCH (APP. A.ASHHAD ASBAR) the winner of this race regarding the improved performance of his charge as compared to her previous start where she ran off board that his charge in her previous engagement which was a 7 furlongs race was in contention until the last 300 metres. The Trainer added that the common runners viz., CANNON GAIN (K.P.G. APPU) and IMPERIAL LAW
