CODE OF LAW (D.Mahendran) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Hence it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s order. Jockey N.Ravinder Singh the rider of FINAL FRONTIER was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (first infringement).
