Racing Incidents
At the request of Jockey C Alford, ROYAL NAVY was examined by the Sr. Veterinary Officer at the start. The mare was passed fit and permitted to race. TIME WARNER (Pawan Sharma) was slow off losing about 3 lengths. Tr. Jasbir Singh has been advised to give adequate gate practice to his charge before next accepting with it. Jockey C Alford when questioned re : the running of his mount ROYAL NAVY stated that the mare was not galloping freely throughout the race and as such he eased up his mount in the straight, was noted. The Sr. Veterinary Officer reported that ROYAL NAVY returned lame on its left fore. Tr. H S Bath has been advised not to accept with his charge till certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.
