Laxmikanth (INDIA GATE) from riding in races with effect from 25th February, 2009 to 4th March, 2009 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he shifted out whilst negotiating the final bend forcing out and causing interference to KANSAS CITY MAC (HARISH).
