Racing Incidents
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Monnappa C.D. to substitute Jockey M. Madhu Babu to ride LEATHER QUEEN in place of the declared rider. QUINNIE (M. Krishna) reared up and fell in the paddock. On examination it was found to be trotting lame on right hind and as such it was withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s Orders. Trainer Mr. Surender G.T was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
