Racing Incidents
Permission was granted to trainer Mr. P. Shroff to withdraw ASTRAL FLASH on veterinary grounds as it was examined at 10.45 a.m. and found to be walking lame on left fore due to inflamed hoof. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey A. Imran Khan, the rider of MYSTIC QUEST, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to FLOWER ALLEY (D. Gnaneshwar) which further went on to TANZANITE (Imran Chisty) approaching the 400 Metres.
