Racing Incidents
ALGIERS (P.S. Chouhan) was examined by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before the start of the race at the gates and was found to be trotting lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock joint. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s Orders. Trainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
