Racing Incidents
Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.10,000/- for his negligence in accepting his charge SIMPLY DANGEROUS (J. Pradeep) to run in the above race without obtaining a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer when he had been specifically advised to do so. Subsequently the horse was permitted to be withdrawn from the above race. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey J. Paswan to ride AMAZING FLORA in place of the declared rider.
