Racing Incidents
Trainer Mr.Shehzad Abbas was fined Rs.5000/- for the inordinate delay in arriving to the paddock to fulfill the pre race paddock formalities in respect of his charge CROWN CRYSTAL (M.F.Ali Khan).
Jockey Ch.K.Chary, the rider of ANACOSTIA, reported that his mount was inclined to run out approaching the 700 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr.L.D'Silva was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Jockey M.F.Ali Khan, the rider of CROWN CRYSTAL, reported that his mount was hanging out after entering straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr.Shehzad Abbas was fined Rs.2,000/- for not informing the change of equipment (Girth and Surcingle) in respect of his charge CROWN CRYSTAL (M.F.Ali Khan) which resulted in the rider weighing in 700 grams in excess in relation to weighing out.
