Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Shehzad Abbas to withdraw THIRTEEN BLACK (Ladjadj Stephane) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have extremely painful withers due to injury. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

FOLKLORE (B. Srinivas Rao) reared up as the gates opened unbalancing the rider who was dislodged from his mount while jumping out of the starting gates. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. J. Babu Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of VIJAYS JET, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not obtaining the Fitness Certificate from the Medical Officer before having accepted to ride.

It was reported after the race that COWBOY CAL (R. Vaideeshwaran)
had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g ESMERALDO.
