GRAND SUCCESS (Sahanawaz) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced DELTA DELIGHT (A. Ashok Kumar) on the outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of NO DOUBT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to DELTA DELIGHT (A. Ashok Kumar) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of ALADDIN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to DELTA DELIGHT (A. Ashok Kumar) on his outside approaching the 300 Metres.

Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of BLUE STAR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to DELTA DELIGHT (A. Ashok Kumar) on his outside approaching the 250 Metres.

It was reported after the race that SARATOGA SPRING (Suraj Narredu) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. S. Narredu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
