Permission was granted to Mr.I.S Parmar to withdraw MISS LISICKI ( Ramandeep Singh Bal) on veterinary grounds as it was lame on Right Fore . He was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

MISS SMASHING (C.S.Jodha) was observed to be suffering from stiffness on hind quarter which was examined by the Club’s Veterinary Officer who certified it unfit for racing hence withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.  Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar was informed not to accept with his charge utill passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary  officer. In consequence of MISS SMASHING being withdrawn a deduction of 10% on win and 30% on place bets was effected.

Jockey Jai Parkash the rider of  FOUR BY FOUR was fined Rs.1000/- for the excessive use of the whip during the race .(1^st offence )

Jockey Ranjeet Singh the rider of TINY TEMPER reported that his mount was hanging in and he had  difficulty in keep it on an even course from the 400 mts of the race . Trainer Mr.Zulfiqar Khan was informed to take remedial measures before accepting with it in a race.
