VIGOROSO (N Rajesh) was permitted to be withdrawn.

As Jockey M A Milan, the declared rider of SHAKA ZULU, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Second Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to substitute Jockey D K Ashish to ride SHAKA ZULU in place of the declared rider.

Jockey C. Harish, the rider of PERFECT BOND, was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing  HIGH TREASON (M Rajesh Kumar) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Sarvan Kumar to the Stewards for unsatisfactory riding [Rule No. 161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing] on his mount, COLOR ME in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race and examined Trainer Mr. Rakesh and Jockey Sarvan Kumar. After deliberations, they decided to (a) accept the explanation tendered by Trainer Mr. Rakesh and  (b) suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey Sarvan Kumar from 15-07-2012  to 30-07-2012 (both days inclusive) for unsatisfactory riding [Rule No. 161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing] on his mount COLOR ME in the above race [permitted to ride work].

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SHAKA ZULU.
