Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw ICE SPRINT (A Ashhad Asbar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to sprained fetlock joint and wing gall. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

GOLDEN SLIPPER (P Trevor) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Order. 
 
Jockey T S Jodha, the rider of LET ME FLY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to MISCHIEF (M J Gautam Raj Urs), which, in turn, passed it onto GOD IS GREAT (M Rajesh Kumar) on his inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. 
 
Jockey S John, the rider of RED CARDINAL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to LITTLE ATHENA (M Madhu Babu), which had to be checked by its rider and shift ‘out’, thereby causing interference to the horses on his outside, viz., JAZZBYTHEBAY (Imran Chisty) and LET ME FLY (T S Jodha), approaching the 800 Metres. 
 
Jockey M Madhu Babu, the rider of LITTLE ATHENA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘out’ and causing interference to LET ME FLY (T S Jodha), in the final 50 Metres of the Race. 
 
RED CARDINAL (S John) sustained a cut injury over left fore inside fetlock.
