Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for failing to declare his charge, SERIOUSLY PERFECT, to start for the above race after having accepted to run with it.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to substitute Jockey S. Mubarak to ride his charge, DISTINCTLY AHEAD, in place of the declared rider.

As Jockey A R Pradeep, the declared rider of RED CARDINAL, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Fifth Race and as no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to withdraw RED CARDINAL from the above race.

DISTINCTLY AHEAD (S Mubarak), after jumping out, did not raise a fluent gallop in the first 100 Metres. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

SKY EMPRESS (Shiva Kumar), reared up and flipped over as the gates opened and did not take any practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.
