Racing Incidents

During the concluding stages of the race WINDS OF OCEAN (Shailesh Shinde) was inconvenienced when ACE OF BASE (Ajoy Roy) shifted “inwards” under the use of the whip.  At a subsequent enquiry App Ajoy Roy who had been cautioned prior to the start of the days programme to make every effort to keep his mounts on a straight course was fined a sum of RS. 2,500/- for failing to do so.

LORD ARAGORN (N S Parmar) returned lame on its right hind. Trainer Jasbir Singh was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
