CHOCOLATE SOLDIER (A.M. TOGRALLU) refused to be stalled inspite of all efforts as such the horse was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. SSC revoked.

Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (DANDELION) that his mount suddenly stopped galloping in the final 100 metres as such he did not want to punish the gelding in the final stages of the race was not accepted and Jockey P.S. Chouhan was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/- for dropping his hands in the final stages of the race thereby placing his mount at a disadvantage.
