CHARLIE COOL (Imran Chisty) and FLYING BOY (Dashrath Singh) were fractious while being stalled. RITHAMBHRA (Sk Zaffar Riaz) was fractious inside its stall. FLYING BOY (Dashrath Singh), CHARLIE COOL (Imran Chisty) and I COMMAND were slow to begin. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/- for improper fitting of the bridle on his charge ch g I COMMAND. The Veterinary Officer reported that I COMMAND returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr.
