b g AWESOME INDIAN (Nelson Maseyk) planted and took no practical part in the race.  The Starting Stall Certificate of the gelding has been revoked by the Starter.

Passing the 400 metres MASTEROFTHESEAS (App B Srinivas Rao) was eased to a halt by its rider.  On immediate veterinary examination the gelding was found to be lame on left fore.  Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
