Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of NATIVE LADY, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.

Trainer Mr. Z Darashah and Jockey Y S Srinath were questioned regarding the running and riding of BANDITO. The Trainer stated that (a) the horse lost all its chances due to its bad behaviour at the Gates; and (b) the rider came the shortest way after entering the straight and just about lost the Race. Jockey Y S Srinath, when questioned, stated that (a) the horse had behaved in a similar manner on the 29th of August, 2013, in its last outing, when he rode it in Race No.19 during the Mysore Races 2013, and today also, after the start, it was inclined to run 'out' and he had to gather, collect and bring it 'in'; (b) if the horse is whipped on the right, it goes towards left, and if whipped from the left, it goes 'in'; and (c) thus, the horse was always running in an unsettled manner. After reviewing the CCTV replay of the above Race and also, Race No.19 of the Mysore Races 2013, the explanations of the Trainer and the Jockey were noted. However, Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed to have his above charge thoroughly examined by his Veterinarian and take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that CARISMA (R Vaibhav) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f ACE PRINCESS.
