Racing Incidents

As Jockey Vijay Kumar, the declared rider of MEMORABLE MOMENT, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey S Mubarak to ride MEMORABLE MOMENT in place of the declared rider.

Trainer Mr. M Bobby was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, ALSVIDOR (M Madhu Babu). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

It was observed that RIMCOLLIAN (Ryan Marshall) was hanging 'out' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it in future.   

CRISPY DELIGHT (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained cut on right hind outer cannon.
