Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SHIVALIK GANGA (L Prashant). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Jockey Shobhan Babu, the declared rider of COUNTRY'S BEAUTY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to make the declared weight. Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride COUNTRY'S BEAUTY in place of the declared rider.

DANCING SYMPHONY (M Prabhakaran), after jumping out of the Starting Gates, swerved to the left, went onto the Sand Track and ran detached from the field thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Dominic [deputizing for Trainer Mr. S Britto] was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

EMPRESS OF ETHOPIA (M Rajesh Kumar) was observed to be hanging 'out' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr.  Vikram Appachu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

SHIVALIK GANGA (L Prashant) sustained superficial injury inside left hind fetlock.
