As Jockey B Harish, the declared rider of EMPRESS OF ETHOPIA, could not arrive in time to fulfil his riding engagement for the day due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to substitute Jockey S Mubarak to ride EMPRESS OF ETHOPIA in place of Jockey B Harish, the declared rider.

Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of AYAHUASCA, was fined Rs.5,000/- for coming 'in' sharply and causing very severe interference to THE BACK BENCHER (Sarvan Kumar) on his inside, which went onto horses on its inside viz., AUTUMN SKY (Vivek) and FANTASY LIVING (Afsar Khan), within 100 Metres of the start.

Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of THE BACK BENCHER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to FANTASY LIVING (Afsar Khan) on his outside, Just before the Winning Post.

The bit on AYAHUASCA (D Gnaneshwar), broke on the way to the Gates and hence had to be replaced before the start of the Race. After due examination of equipment after the Race,  Trainer Mr. B K Narendra was fined Rs.3,000/- for using unserviceable equipment on his charge AYAHUASCA (D Gnaneshwar), in the above Race.

Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of PIPESOF PEACE, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. S M Johnson [deputizing for Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi) was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

However, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
