Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for accepting his charge, MR CARPE, to run in the above Race without showing it in a Mock Race when he had been specifically instructed to do so. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of QUEEN, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [second infringement].

Jockey M Madhu Babu, the rider of ROYAL SHAAN, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.

It was reported after the Race that BEYOND THANKFUL (L Prashant) suffered from heat stroke. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A Ashok Kumar, the rider of CARISA, was questioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu, as to the handling of his mount. While noting down his explanation, he was cautioned to be more judicious as to his riding in future and Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was cautioned as to the future running of his charges.
