AL DAHMA (S John) was observed to be walking lame on hind legs and shivering, at the saddling enclosure. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, BELLE ETOILE (Nitin Singh). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.
 
Jockey M Mark, the rider of ALPS, reported that his mount was inclined to run 'out' throughout the Race. Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of FRIENDS FOREVER, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
