As Jockey Y S Srinath, the declared rider of OVER SHADOW, could not arrive to fulfil his riding engagements due to the reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey S John to ride OVER SHADOW in place of the declared rider.

Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, ESTERHAZY (M A Roushan). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring Jockey Irvan Singh to ride NERON in this Race without obtaining the prior consent of the rider; Subsequently, permission was granted to him to declare Jockey Shivnath Paswan to ride NERON, in place of the declared rider.
