Permission was granted to Trainer H Ali Khan to substitute Jockey M Chettri    to ride QUEEN OF ROMANCE in place of Akash Agarwal the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer K Ali Khan to substitute Jockey Syed Asger to ride ARMOUR OF GOD in place of Danish Ali Khan the declared rider.

Jockey G S Shekhawat the rider of TRUSTED MAN reported the loss of the whip nearing 300 mts of the race and he also reported that approaching 600 mts he momentarily lost his reins, which he could collect its immediately.

Jockey R Parvesh the rider of MASTER BECHAM was fined Rs.1000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount (1st offence during the meeting) App Jockey Armanx Ali Jafri the rider of JUZI was fined Rs.2000/- for allowing his mount to shift in approaching 800 mts thereby inconveniencing KALA GHORA(S Amjad Khan)  on his inside and thereafter  in the final stages of the race he allowed to shift in and caused interference to ASHWA SUNENA (Jai Parkash)

Trainer Ajay Sharma was called in and questioned regarding the improved performance of SHIVALIK CHARM as compared to its last run. The Trainer stated as follows:-
i)    He had taken charge of SHIVALIK CHARM from Trainer Sangeet Charan 2 months back
ii)   He had observed that it was suffering from joint problems which he got treated by the  club’s Veterinary department.
iii)    In its last outings the jockey had suggested that it shall perform well under the use of whip and would also require  more distance.
iv)    In the above race he had use the services of a much superior jockey.
v)    His charge just cleared its maiden as a 4 years old.
vi)    It had come down in ratings and ran a with a good chance to win in the
    present handicap and he also expected to perform well.

 His explanations was noted.

Urine sample was taken from the winner SHIVALIK CHARM in the presence of  Trainer  Ajay Sharma and was sent for analytical test.
