Racing Incidents

KING OF THE TURF (Md. Imran Ashraf) was slowly away, lost a few lengths at the start and, thereafter, ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of SARDINIA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the improper use of the whip, wherein, he allowed his mount to shift 'in', causing interference to CLOUDS (Suraj Narredu), on his inside, during the closing stages of the Race.

It was reported after the Race that the left fore shoe of KING OF THE TURF (Md. Imran Ashraf) had apparently come off during the Race.

DELIBERATION (Arshad Alam) sustained gum injury.
