Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the rider of EL FENIX was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ALL THATS NICE (S John) on his inside passing 300 metres.
 
Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of AFORE placed fourth by the Judge lodged an objection against Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of MAJESTIC STYLE placed second by the Judge, for "in the last 300 Metres, the rider of MAJESTIC STYLE came in sharply and cut across and bumped me, whereby my horse lost its stride, which cost me the Race". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations, the decided to "Overrule" the Objection. Subsequent to the objection being over-ruled, the Stewards decided that the deposit of Rs.5,000/- lodged by Jockey Janardhan Paswan, towards the objection be forfeited as they considered the objection to be frivolous in nature.
 
Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of MAJESTIC STYLE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to AFORE (Janardhan Paswan), on his inside, passing the 300 Metres.
 
Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the rider of EL FENIX reported that his mount was hanging in very badly in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Darius Byramji was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
 
Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of MAJESTIC STYLE reported that he accidentally lost his whip, approaching the 300 metres.
