Subsequent to the objection being over-ruled, the Stewards decided that the deposit of Rs.5,000/- lodged by Jockey Nitin Singh, towards the objection be forfeited as they considered the objection to be frivolous in nature.
Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of PRECIOUS SCRIPT, reported that his mount was hanging 'in', rounding the final bend and after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.
